LifeSpann offers same-day evaluation for some conditions that need prompt attention but are not life-threatening emergencies. Appointment availability and clinical fit vary, so call before arriving.
Common reasons to request a visit include cold and flu symptoms, minor injuries, infections, allergies, rashes, and other acute concerns. A clinician may redirect you to a higher level of care when needed.
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for severe chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, uncontrolled bleeding, loss of consciousness, or another possible emergency.

Cancellation Policy: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment for all new patient consultations and procedures — our front desk will reach out to collect it after you book. The deposit is applied toward your visit cost. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit. A $75 fee applies for physical exam appointments not canceled with 24 hours' notice. By booking, you agree to these terms.
