LifeSpann offers telemedicine when the patient is physically located in Arizona at the time of the visit, the clinician is permitted to provide care there, and a virtual visit fits the clinical need.
Telemedicine may fit selected follow-up visits, medication reviews, minor illness consultations, health questions, and chronic-care follow-up. Some concerns require an in-person examination, testing, or a different level of care.

Consultation fees, deposits & cancellation terms
Peptide education consultations are free, with no deposit. Hormone and weight-loss consultations are $200, credited toward treatment if you proceed. Labs are charged separately.
For hormone and weight-loss consultations, our front desk collects a $50 booking deposit by phone. It is part of the $200 consultation fee, not an additional charge. For other new-patient appointments and procedures, the front desk confirms the applicable $50 deposit and applies it toward the visit.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Applicable booking deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited for late cancellation or non-attendance. A $75 fee applies to physical exam appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
