The consultation considers the hair-loss pattern, scalp condition, medical contributors, current products, and whether additional evaluation is warranted.
If the system is appropriate, the team will explain product use, monitoring, limitations, and when to reassess. Hair response varies and cannot be predicted from a consultation alone.

Cancellation Policy: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment for all MedSpa procedures — our front desk will reach out to collect it after you book. The deposit is applied toward your treatment cost. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
